The working principle of electrostatic dust remove: when the gas containing dust particles passes through the high voltage electric field formed between the cathode line connected with the high voltage DC power supply (also called corona pole) and the positive plate grounded, the gas is ionized due to the corona discharge occurring at the cathode.
Advantages of electrostatic dust remove：
(1) High purification efficiency, can spread above 0.01 micron fine dust. Different operation parameters can be used in the design to meet the required purification efficiency.
The resistance loss is small, generally below 20 mm water column, compared with the cyclone dust collector, even considering the power supply unit and vibration mechanism consumption, the total power consumption is still relatively small.
